Located at the top of Lake St. Clair and at the mouth of the St. Clair River, Harsens Island is often referred to as “Paradise.” It is less than a hours drive from Detriot of Port Huron and a short ferry ride from Algonac, on the mainland. Visitors are drawn to the Island because of its freshwater deltas, wildlife, freighter watching, and a host of other sights. Sportsmen are attracted to the abundance of hunting and fishing available on the Island.
